Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange since 1996, specialises in award winning infrastructure and regeneration activities operating primarily in the South West of England. The business activities of the Group are segmented into three divisions:
Regeneration Activities
This division successfully partners with other organisations including public authorities to regenerate disused waterfront or brownfield sites. Sutton Harbou is the preferred bidder for two new Marina Developments in East Cowes and Plymouth.
Marine Activities
The Group Owns and operates Sutton Harbour in Plymouth's historic Barbican area comprising Sutton Harbour Fisheries - the third largest fresh fish market in England, Sutton Harbour Marina - providing sheltered berthing for 490 vessels and an estate of harbour frontage investment properties. Presitigious events hosted include the Rolex Fastnet, Transat and Classic Boat Rally.
Transport Activities
Since 2000 the Group has owned and operated Plymouth City Airport Limited. In April 2011 the Group Announced its intention to cease operations at Plymouth City Airport, by the end of 2011.
